Policy analyst - Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Ms. Moongyung Lee is a policy analyst at the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Mobilisation (CEFIM) Programme of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), focusing on identifying enabling conditions and financial solution to enhance access to capital for the deployment of low carbon technologies. She is the lead author of the report ”Financing cost impact on cost competitiveness of green hydrogen in emerging and developing countries, and a co-author of the joint OECD/World Bank report “Scaling Hydrogen Financing for Development”. Previously, she worked as an investment Officer (non-sovereign operation) at the African Development Bank (AfDB). Ms. Lee also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Green Climate Fund (GCF), working on projects around climate finance and green capital market development. Ms. Lee also served as Clean Technology Innovation Program Manager at the technology and innovation agency under Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Republic of Korea.
