Richard Folland

Richard Folland was a long-time British diplomat and former head of UK Government international energy policy, Richard has also worked in capital markets - as JPMorgan’s European Climate and Energy Advisor - and with institutional investors on climate and sustainability. He has worked on climate change and energy policy since 2004. Richard has been the government and policy affairs advisor to the London-based think-tank Carbon Tracker Initiative since 2014, and in 2023 became their Head of Policy and Engagement. He is also a member of the Policy Committee of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF).
